Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has ever returned a product to Amazon, and how long the refund usually takes. Thanks.
Yes. Soon as Amazon got the shipping notice from the qualified shipper, and the shipper said the product was not damaged, I got my refund. 2 3 days maybe.
Now, this is only on product sold by Amazon.
I felt compled to add, if you are speaking of the new computer you just got, you'll need to read the return policy on items like this.
Because you unpacked it, and are using it, you have made it used, so might have to pay restocking fees and such things.
Yeah, I did read it, but I'm not exactly sure about the restocking fee. Yes, I did unpack it, but I've restored it to the Windows setup screen. Plus, when you ship your items to amazon, do you pay for the shipping? I think their web page stated that Amazon actually deducts the shipping cost from your refund.
Well, you fill out the return on the order page.
When you do this, Amazon provides a shipping label. You print this out, and that label will have shipping cost on it.
Once you take the item to the shipper Amazon states, and it goes back, you receive the refund.
It is best to do all of this from the order. You should have that email, or if not, you look in your orders in your account
Under that, you'll find the provisions of what gets paid, and if you pay restocking or not..
When you clidk this one you'll see return this order, so you just follow instructions.
If you want more detail say.
